After the departure of Wazen in 1869, Kutanihon kiln was not in a good situation.
TsukataniAsa also called Chikuka, who was the Chief of Daishoji Bussan Office,
bought Kutanihon kiln from Mifuji Bunjiro and the name of the kiln was changed
to Tsukatani kiln.
Okura Seishichi who had worked before at Kutanihon kiln remained with the kiln.
Several years after Okura left and bought Fujikake kiln and began the Okura
kiln. Sen stayed at the Tsukatani kiln and continued his activities.
In 1879 Asukai Kiyoshi succeeded to Sen at the Tsukatani kiln.
