This exhibiton explores also the the mysterious questions surrounding the ko-kutani style, which have long been wondered, for example, the possible place of production andwill try to present the most up-to-date information on these questions from an archeological point of view.

An important part of this book is devoted to the sherds found during the excavation made for the construction of Tokyo hospital. The location was on the top of the old Edo house of Maeda family.
