I found out your site a while ago, it is quite interesting.
Regarding your question on dating a english kutani mark, as far as I am concerned I cannot reply with definite answer but I imagine that in general english marking started in the 30's until the 50's.
To find out exact date means to identify the company which used this marking. I will try to get more information as far as possible.
