There are more than 400 seals and marking available on this site, therefore in order to facilitate identification the marking have been classified into 6 categories. Each category is listed independantly and the same marking is not normaly listed on two different categories. The category - Other kanji marks - gathers all marking which can not fit clearly into the other categories. All english marking are listed separately. Please note that all these lists are always under modification as new marking are added regularly. |
